Hundreds of participants from across the company tuned in to take part in a classic game to the sound of “G – SKIPPY® Peanut Butter,” or “I – HORMEL® chili,” clicking completed squares and competing for prizes. Due to the overwhelming demand, we began a second gameroom for the large and growing number of participants. Several rounds of games served to pay homage to the extensive lineup of leading Hormel Foods brands, while providing a fun, informative and memorable experience for each team member. Brand BINGO game participant and winner, Kyle Freese, put it best saying “It was a fun game that was ultimately relaxing during the new and uncertain times due to the pandemic. And I never knew we had SO many brands out there, either old, current, or new! Also, my prize was a lamp that I now use every single day since it arrived! Thanks again to the Hormel team for putting it together and picking such cool little prizes!”
The event was so successful in fact, that since that initial game of Bingo our team has put together nearly 20 versions of Bingo for the Hormel Foods team to use at various virtual and some, in-person event. From Food Safety Bingo to Bingo dedicated solely to bacon and everything inbetween.
